AJ Pasquale

AJ Pasquale was born and raised in the beautiful town of San Clemente, CA, where he currently resides with his family. Early on, AJ knew serving family and friends in his community to help them find their dream homes was a passion that needed to be satisfied. If he wasn’t competing on the sports fields or surfing at the beach, he grew up skateboarding the streets of Forester Ranch delivering Real Estate marketing materials for his grandma. After purchasing 2 homes of his own in San Clemente, those desires turned will into action. AJ’s attention to detail, grit to persist, and hunger to provide solutions are unmatched.

 

AJ earned a degree in Sales and Marketing from Northern Arizona University, which led him to sell and create specialized marketing plans for businesses in the hospitality space. After tragically losing his younger brother, who was a wide receiver for UCLA Football, his family created The Nick Pasquale Foundation to carry on his legacy. AJ spearheads this philanthropic venture that provides grants to student athletes, local youth sports programs, and like-minded organizations. Through this adversity, a unique opportunity was presented to AJ to join the UCLA Football program as a Recruiting & Operations specialist. There, he learned the value of building an uncommon culture, developing meaningful relationships, and the power of teamwork. AJ then transitioned into the building industry in 2015 where he sold flooring materials for residential and commercial projects throughout Southern California.
